The XXIII Peruvian Congress of Geology, recently held at the Lima Convention Center, concluded with resounding success, consolidating itself once again as the most important meeting space for geoscience professionals in the country. For Anglo Peruana Terra, this edition marked a fundamental milestone, allowing us not only to reconnect with the national and international geological community but also to demonstrate our characteristic technical and operational currency.
During the three days of the event, our technical and commercial team had the honor of welcoming hundreds of colleagues, clients, and strategic allies at Booth No. 8. This space became a hub for exchanging ideas, where we were able to discuss the current challenges of exploration and the innovative solutions demanded by modern mining.

Led by Eng. David Dávila Manrique, this presentation delved into the exploration criteria for high- and low-sulfidation systems in one of the belts with the greatest potential and complexity in the Peruvian Andes. His analysis provides fundamental guidelines to optimize the search for new deposits in the center of the country.
A new stream sediment geochemical dilution equation, applied in the Haquira project — Peru:
Presented by M.Sc. Pavel Cañabi Quispe, this research introduced an innovative methodology to interpret geochemical anomalies with greater accuracy. By correcting the natural effect of dilution, this new equation allows companies to refine their exploration targets, saving valuable resources in the early stages, as successfully demonstrated in the Haquira project.
